What we store and why

We store your name, email, selected class, category, request date and consent record. Where present, we also store UTM campaign parameters to identify the source of registrations and assess the advertisements that led to them.

With your consent, we use this data to manage your registration and send information, materials and reminders for the class. If the class has ended, your request is used to notify you about the next free class on that topic.

Updates and offers for services or training will only be sent if you select the additional option. This is optional and does not affect registration.

Retention and access

Requests are retained for up to 365 days unless you request earlier deletion. Data is held in private storage, accessible to the controller and authorised technical providers only as needed to operate the service. It is not sold.

Automatic integration with email marketing or CRM platforms is not yet active. If new providers or international transfers are introduced, this information will be updated before they are used.

Cookies and security

We use a necessary session cookie to protect the form, preserve registration attribution and display confirmation. Advertising pixels are not activated in this area. To limit abuse, we temporarily use a technical code derived from the IP address, without storing the original IP in registration records. A separate preference cookie remembers your language choice for one year.

WhatsApp

Joining the group is optional and requires you to click the link and accept the invitation in WhatsApp. Your phone number and profile details may be visible to other participants. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of processing, object where applicable and withdraw consent at any time using the contact above. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal's National Data Protection Commission.
